Who we are

Calvary is a unique church that is contemporary in style and conservative in theology. We are made up of families, couples, singles, college students, youth and children of all ages. It is our desire to create an environment where you can CONNECT with God and others.

Calvary Church wants to make a real difference in your spiritual life, your family life, your community, and your world. We accomplish these things by making lasting connections. That's the driving force behind everything we do. We want you to connect! Let us "wow" you with the love and connections you will feel here at Calvary.

What are our roots?

Free Will Baptist roots can be traced to England as early as 1611. The first FWB church in America was begun by Paul Palmer in 1727 in Perquimans County, North Carolina. Some years later, in 1780, under the leadership of Benjamin Randall, Free Will Baptists were established in the northeast at New Durham, New Hampshire. From these early beginnings, Free Will Baptists in America have had a continuing ministry. Today, the National Association of Free Will Baptists is active in 40 states and 20 foreign countries. The work of the National Association is promoted from the National Office Building and Randall House Publications, both located in Nashville, Tennessee.

What this means for you

What does this mean for you? Most importantly, at Calvary you are family. We want to create a place where you feel loved and connected. Also, we are a church that is focused on equipping our congregation with the means to spread the gospel. Lastly, we are a church that unashamedly stands on the Truth and will not compromise.
